Food Overload. Ready for a change? Recovery tips!

I get you...

If you're anything like me, sometimes the eating plan doesn't go...well according to plan. This may be a minor in some people's lives, but for me, I'm just working to embrace it all. The perfectionist in me honors the perfectionist in you.

If yoú're still with me here, maybe you get the vibe. Ready to get feeling good again!

Leg swings! I swear, they are the best exercise when you don't want to exercise.

Water!

Eat Eggs/ Beef/Protein- I'm a huge fan of grasss-fed meat and feeling properly nourished. That's my body. So if you are craving a big pan of eggs or a burger (sans store bought bun preferably), i recommend it. I don't think fasting of any kind is beneficial after a long eating spree. I think it sets me up for failure that will results in the same perpetual circle. Usually when I don't eat enough nourishing foods, is when my eating goes very wild. So I recommend eating a huge plate of eggs if you want it. Better than 36 bags of organic mango later ;)

Drink hot water, just breathe and be happy. The warm/hot  water to drink and soak in (magnesium!) Kindness to oneself.

Remember, you're at your worst at this moment, if you choose that to be. The more you hydrate and mobilize, the better you will feel. Look forward and every moment will return you to the future you that you envision. Feel a warmth in your chest and your whole body fill with gratitutde for movement and life. Do this with your most brightest and up-beat thoughts because you are the magician of your life!
