1 part Frozen Fruit of your choice (mango, Raspberry, Wild blueberry, Banana)
1 part Kefir
BLEND and enjoy!
Alter to your preference
˜more kefir to be like a beverage
˜more frozen fruit to be like a sorbet.
I love mine thick and eat it with a spoon. We add a little kefir and my daughter drinks hers with a straw.
Mango kefir makes the thickest most luxurious smoothie ever!!!!!
Other ideas, all optional:
Milk
Honey, raw and local
Chia seeds
Vanilla (1/8 tsp or less, easy to overdo!)
Nut butters
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
